These terms govern your use of betterwaypestcontrol.com and inspection requests you send through it. Pest control work at your property is a separate agreement, quoted after we look at what is actually going on.

We serve homes and businesses in Morgan, Lawrence, Limestone, Madison counties from our office in Hartselle.

Using the website

You may use this site to learn about our services, find our phone number, and request a free inspection. Do not misuse the site — including scraping it, flooding the inspection form, or trying to interfere with how it runs. We may refuse or remove a request that looks fraudulent or automated.

Content on this site is for general information. It is not a diagnosis of a pest problem at your property and it is not a promise that a particular treatment is right for you until we inspect and quote the work.

Inspections, quotes, and service

Home inspections are free and there is no obligation. Submitting the form, or calling us, is a request that we contact you — it is not a contract for treatment. Any quote we give is based on what we find at the property. Work starts only after you agree to that quote.

We may decline work outside our service area, or tell you we are not the right fit. If you do not need us, we will say so.

The Better Bee Guarantee

Paid service is backed by the Better Bee Guarantee: if you are not completely satisfied with the services we provided, we will give you your money back. The guarantee page is the full policy. If something is not right, call us before you hire someone else to undo or redo the work.

Phone calls and the inspection form

Give us accurate contact details so we can reach you. We use that information as described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for a missed callback if the number on the request is wrong or out of service.

Third-party sites

Links to Google, Facebook, Yelp, and other sites are for your convenience. Their terms and privacy practices apply once you leave this website.

Ownership

The site’s text, layout, logo, and photographs belong to Better Way Pest Control or our licensors. You may not copy them for another business. Reviews quoted on the site remain the words of the customers who wrote them.

Liability

This website is provided as-is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it is error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent Alabama law allows, we are not liable for damages that come only from using or being unable to use the website — as opposed to work we actually performed at a property, which is covered by the quote you accepted and the Better Bee Guarantee.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes that cannot be worked out by phone will be handled in the state courts sitting in Hartselle / Morgan County, Alabama, unless the law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with a new date. If you keep using the site after that, the updated terms apply. For a live service agreement, the quote and any written terms you received at the time of service control.
