Brown recluse do not respond to general pest treatment — they need a separate, much more thorough service. That is a common surprise for people who assumed their regular plan covered it.
Finding and sealing the openings rodents are actually using, then installing barriers so the next ones cannot get in. On a property next to woods this is the part that ends the problem, rather than trapping the same mice over and over.
